The client had previously experienced negative encounters with freelancers, resulting in a website development project costing twice the original quote.
Furthermore, the website’s frequent crashes caused an unpleasant user experience.
The client also faced difficulties in making minor changes, as they were dependent on the developers and endured long turnaround times.
Thus, the client’s primary requirement was a highly functional website that could be self-managed for future updates.

Strategy

After evaluating WordPress and Webflow for the client’s no-code requirement, selected Webflow due to its high-performance capabilities.
To ensure ease of use for the client, ideated design systems and created templates for most of the layouts, enabling them to quickly duplicate and create new pages.
Additionally, took full responsibility for content creation and image design, completing all 17 pages within a week’s time.
The final website not only achieved high performance on Core Web Vitals but was also optimized for SEO.
